SALAD BUFFET - Mesclun field greens with Sliced marinated grilled chicken and Med rare London Broil (on the side). Accompanied by sliced tomato, cucumber, portabella mushroom, feta cheese, kalamata olives, sliced boiled egg. Dressings and Assorted Artisan Rolls.                                                        

DELI BUFFET - Cold Cut Display Tuna Salad & Chicken Salad Assorted Cheeses, Caesar Salad, Tossed Salad with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions and Pickles, Assorted Breads, Rolls & Condiments Potato Chips, Home baked Cookies
